Former MK Dons man on the move

Sam Baldock made the step up when he left MK Dons for West Ham, so few would have begrudged him this move, although it has not really worked out as planned.

Having made just 11 starts in his 24 appearances for West Ham last season, scoring 5 goals, following his move to Upton Park after their promotion to the premier league its believed that the 23-year-old is now 'surplus to requirements.'

Dropping back to the championship is likely with Crystal Palace, Ipswich and Hull all being linked with the striker.

Moving to a higher level isn't something many would have begrudged Sam but maybe he would have been better off staying with MK that little bit longer and helping them to promotion to the championship last season, which maybe would have happened had he not left?

We will never know though will we!
