Late show earns MK Dons a point

Shrewsbury 2-2 MK Dons
20th November 2012
19:45
Greenhous Meadow

MK Dons allowed a lead to slip before finally managing to force an injury-time draw at Shrewsbury on Tuesday night.

On the stroke of half time Angelo Balanta (45), who had just extended his loan spell with the club, struck to send MK Dons into the break one-up.

Midway through the second half on loan Portsmouth man Luke Rodgers (65) equalised for Shrewsbury with the host then taking the lead shortly after when Mark Wright (72) haunted one of his former sides.

MK Dons looked on course for defeat until Dean Bowditch (90+2) volleyed home in injury-time to earn the visitors a share of the points in the 2-2 draw.
