Strugglers force MK Dons draw

MK Dons 1-1 Bury
12th January 2013

Stadium:mk

MK Dons had to be content with a home point against Bury on Saturday afternoon.

An early first half strike from Dean Bowditch (15) got MK Dons off to a good start as they looked to end the poor run of form at stadium:mk.

Bury came close to equalising before Izale McLeod, making his second debut for MK, missed one good chance with a deflected effort against the post denying him on another occasion at the midway point of the second half Steven Schumacher (66) did draw the visitors level.

McLeod was guilty of missing a great chance for the hosts, however the visitors also failed to take a chance that would have won them the game, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
