MK Dons Brought Back To Earth!

Yeovil 2-1 MK Dons
29th January 2013

Huish Park

MK Dons' FA Cup exploits were quickly forgotten when they were brought back down to earth with a bump with a League One defeat at Yeovil on Tuesday night.

Having seen the game survive a late pitch inspection it was Yeovil that looked more threatening early on and forced the breakthrough through Paddy Madden (26). MK Dons were level before the break though Antony Kay (35) though.

On the hour MK were reduced to 10-men when Kay went from hero to villain when he was shown a straight red card, his challenge resulted in an angry confrontation between the two sides.

Madden (78) won it late on for Yeovil to give them a 2-1 win and improve their play off bid, while denting MK Dons' at the same time.
