MK Dons Visit League One Leaders

Gillingham ended their winless run in league one last weekend with a 3-2 win over MK Dons.

A game that we're looking to "bounce back" in isn't the easiest at all is it, as MK Dons have to travel to the Matchroom Stadium this weekend to take on Leyton Orient.

Ian McLoughlin will again be in goal because David Martin (calf) is still out with injury. Jon Otsemobor (groin) is doubtful though so could miss out but Karl Robinson can turn to Tom Flanagan (suspension) and Luke Chadwick (rested) again.

Lee Hodson and Samir Curruthers are on international duty but the on loan Curruthers could well return in time to play a part?

Robinson had an inkling that Orient would be a team to watch this season, and so he had been proven right to date.

An inability to field his strongest XI has hindered Robinson this season, nevertheless he's not done a bad job but knows how tough this will be this weekend, he told BBC Three Counties Radio: 'I said on a TV show at the start of the season, 'watch out for Leyton Orient'.

'I believed that, if they didn't get any injuries, their starting 11 is very strong.

'My strongest team, in 2013, I don't think I've picked it more than twice. That's the reality of how difficult it's been.

'But one thing about Leyton Orient is they've got a really good manager and a gentleman in Russell Slade.'

If I could've handpicked another game for us to face after a defeat last weekend (and then one in midweek in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy) it wouldn't have been Leyton Orient I tell you that!

That being said if we want to be in the mix this is a game we've got to believe we can get something from and I think we'll come away with at least a point.
