'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Three Released By Robbo

Milton Keynes Dons have announced that three players will be leaving the stadium:mk this summer when their contracts expire.

Alan Smith, Izale McLeod and Ryan Hall will all become free agents this summer.

Smith, while not entirely a surprise, will be the one that most will miss I feel as his permanent two-year stay with MK Dons ends after his previously successful loan spell with the club from Newcastle United.

Hall signed a short-term contract with the club in February but it's not being extended, and is hardly a surprise as it doesn't seem to have worked for him.

McLeod may well be the clubs all-time record goalscorer but he had been in and out of the side since his return in January last year and despite ending the season in favour it was mutually agreed not to take up the extra year option on his deal.

All three were of course wished well for the future.
